Quoted rates apply to confirmed reservations made at least two
weeks prior to arrival, and secured by deposit, otherwise rates
are subject to change. NJ sales & Room Tax not included in rates.

Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be
subject to a $25 daily charge.
Deposits & Refunds:
A deposit of one night is required to secure reservation.
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit, when time
permits. Deposits not refundable unless notified No LATER that 14
days PRIOR to arrival date. Sorry, no exceptions. If eligible for
refund, you will be subject to a 20% service fee.
Deposits cannot be transferred. Deposit and cancellation
terms strictly applied.

Check-In:
Balance due in full upon check in and, payable by either cash,
travelers check or credit card. Personal checks accepted for
deposit only, not for payment of final balance.
License plate number of vehicle required. Off street parking
available, one car per unit.

This property is privately owned and management reserves the right
to refuse service to anyone.
This property will not be responsible for accidents or injury to
guests or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
All reservations are viewed as binding contracts. There will be no
refund or credit for reduction or cancellation of stay after
check-in.
